About the event
This class  is weather permitting!!  You can park either in the NF City Market Plaza 749 W Market Street Goodfellas Pizzeria..  or infront of my house at 749 17th 14301 The entrances to my yard will be through gates or the large opened garage door right next door to the pizzeria.
Bring a yoga mat and anythig that will make you comfortable. Â This is a gentle yoga flow practicing with seated and standing poses. Â Take in the smell and sounds of nature around you to keep you in the present moment which can help bring balance to the nervous system. Â Class is 1 hour and ends with a guided relaxation.
