Candlelight Yoga 1st Day of Sring

Let's welcome SPRING under candlelight! This class is for all levels. Join us as we practice a variety of standing and seated poses sure to promote circulation, balance, coordination and flexibility. We will awaken the body from the long cold winter with movement to warm you up!
