About the event
This is a FREE Hatha yoga flow class sponsored by Friends of the Library. Â Please bring a yoga .mat or a blanket. Â Class is 60mins. Â We will practice both seated and standing yoga poses followed by a guided relaxation to bring balance to the nervous system.
