About the event

This is a 75 minute gentle yoga class.  We will glow and flow under the blacklights linking movement with breath in both seated and standing yoga poses.  Indulge in playful moments with glow yoga props and toys and let your inner child emerge if you choose.  Please arrive promptly at 7:15pm to get your GLOW on so that you become the art!  Glow bracelets and paint and temporarty tattoos are provided.  Bring a yoga mat if you have one or feel free to use one of the studio's mats.
