GLOWGA

GLOWGA is a colorful, fun 75min. yoga class.  We will practice gentle seated and standing yoga poses where not only can you glow it up with neon paint, glow bracelets and yoga props allowing us to tap into the "inner child" to release stress and connect to the moment.  Come glow and flow under the blacklights.  This type of practice under the neon lights can help you find a new sense balance heightening your awareness.  Bring water and a yoga mat or use a studio mat.  Everything else is provided.  For your best GLOW wear white or anything neon!
