About the event
This is a 60min yoga flow under the blacklights. It is a 420-friendly class.
In this gentle flow we will focus on mind/body connection with awareness. This practice, called Hatha yoga, promotes circulation, balance and things like coordination. Feel free to wear white or neon to attract the blacklights and become the art!
Bring a yoga mat or a blanket for practice. It is recommended that you bring a sweatshirt as well for the guided relaxation. Coffee, tea and water will be available.
