Hatha Slow Flow REGGAE

Would you like to close your eyes and visualize you are in Jamaica jammin' to the reggae vibes of Bob Marley and other Reggae artists?  Then join me for this 60min yoga class in the studio.  We will start seated grounding into the space slowly rising to standing poses vibing to the reggae sounds.  Wear your favorite reggae gear or anything red, yellow and green.  Bring a mat if you have one or use one of the studio mats.  Space is limited so register today to secure your space!
