About the event
This class  is weather permitting!!  Park in the NF City Market Plaza near Goodfellas Pizzeria.. the entrance to my yard will be through my opened garage door right next door to the pizzeria.  Bring a yoga mat and anythig that will make you comfortable.  This is a gentle yoga flow practicing seated and standing poses.  Take in the smell and sounds of nature around you to keep you in the present moment which can help bring balance to the nervous system.  Class is 1 hour and ends with a guided relaxation.
