Yoga is a way of LIFE! It's NOT when I have time. It's about making time. I literally live the yoga life. Yoga is not just a pose... It's so much more! Yoga helps create an awareness of where I am in the moment, noticing or feeling my breath that's called prana or life force. The poses help to promote circulation. Circulation can heal the body. Yoga can enhance balance, coordination, flexibility, strength and physical health. The practice of yoga can also aide in mental health by connecting the breath to movement that is known to bring ease to the nervous system. I started yoga just before I turned 40. I've been practicing yoga since February 2014. In 2022 I will celebrate my 8yr yoga-versary! I can't imagine my life without yoga.
